Covid 19 Clinic Policy - (NO exceptions)

1/  a)  If you or any of your close contacts & household members awaiting results of a COVID-19 test or have been confirmed positive for COVID-19, you or any of your close contacts travelled interstate, or overseas in the last 7 days. 

      b) If you have any symptoms, (sore throat, cough, headache, runny nose, fever/chills, a loss of smell/taste, muscle aches, vomiting/diarrhea, loss of appetite, shortness of breath), allergies/hay fever, have an undiagnosed rash or are generally feeling unwell.

Both (a) & (b) please cancel and re-schedule your appointment. A cancellation fee will be incurred if not adhered to.

2/  If you have a new surgical mask please bring it with you, a surgical mask can be provided by the clinic for $2.

3/ There is NO waiting room & NO bathroom facilities available.

4/  Please wait for your allocated appointment time.  This will allow for the room to be cleaned and ventilated between patients.

5/ Only 1 person is to be in the clinic at any time with the Therapist.

6/ Before entering apply your, fresh surgical or N95 mask, wash your hands and wait to be attended.

Covid 19 Safety Plan

1/ Exclude patients who are unwell from the clinic.  A screening email goes out to all patients prior to their appointment outlining symptoms and rules. If someone presents with symptoms send them home and charge a cancellation fee.

2/ Conditions of entry to be wearing a face mask prior to entering.

3/ Only 1 person is in the room with the therapist to adhere to the social distancing law & no waiting room is available.

4/ Facemasks are to be worn by the patient & therapist at all times.

5/ Hand sanitizer is supplied on entry, disinfectant wipes & disinfectant spray used in between patients.

6/ We have full ventilation in the room and when there is none an air purifier will be used.

Cancellation Policy

1/ For all appointments a min. of 4 hours notice is required or a cancellation fee of 50% of the allocated time is required at the time of cancellation to be paid by direct transfer or credit card, if not, all future appointments will be pre-paid in full or cancelled until payment has been made.

2/  For all outstanding fees no more appointments will be booked.

Privacy Policy

1/ Changes to this privacy policy: We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

2/ Email Marketing: When you provide your email address you provide permission, we may send you emails about new products and other updates. You can opt-out by emailing us at newlymphclinic@bigpond.com.

3/ Consent: When you provide us with personal information to make an appointment, place an order or arrange for a delivery, you provide consent. We never give your information to anyone else unless it has been with your permission or if it is required by law.

4/ Security: To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information only the transaction receipt is kept for 1 month for banking purposes and then destroyed.  We don’t use cookies.
