Coronavirus Clinic Policy - (NO exceptions)

1/  If you have been in contact with someone who has had or has Covid 19 within the last 4 weeks, had a Covid 19 test,  if you have been travelling overseas or interstate or have been in a hotspot, if you have any symptoms, (sore throat, cough, headache, runny nose, fever/chills, a loss of smell/taste, muscle aches, vomiting/diarrhea), allergies/hay fever or are generally feeling unwell, have any undiagnosed rashes, (particularly on toes/feet), please cancel and re-schedule your appointment 2 weeks after your Covid 19 test or symptoms have completely gone.

A cancellation fee will be incurred if not adhered to.

 

2/  If you have a mask please bring it with you, a disposable is $2.

 

3/ There is NO waiting room & NO bathroom facilities available.

 

4/ Only 1 person is to be in the clinic at any time with the Therapist.

 

5/ Upon entering the clinic you must wash your hands, apply your mask, remove your shoes, fill out your form and wait to be attended before entering the inner screen door.

 

6/  If you have compression pants or arm wraps provided through me please wear them to your appointment.

 

We are working tirelessly to ensure the strictest hygiene and safety measures possible keeping you and me safe.

Cancellation Policy

1/ For all regular treatment appointments a min. of 4 hours notice is required or a cancellation fee of 50% of the allocated time is required at the time of cancellation to be paid by direct transfer or credit card, if not, all future appointments will be pre-paid in full or cancelled until payment has been made.

2/ For all Liponix appointments regardless of the allotted time, a 50% , non-refundable, amount is to be paid at the time of booking the appointments, this can be paid either by direct transfer or credit card.

3/  For all outstanding fees no more appointments will be booked.
