Exercise Ball

This exercise ball is only available to purchase at this clinic. 

The balls need to be inflated 48 hours prior to pick-up to ensure the rubber has stretched properly for the anti-burst guarantee. 

They are used for posture correction, core, pelvic floor, glute and thigh strengthening as well as gentle Lymph Flow.  All this can be achieved with 30 seconds - 1 minute per day. 

They come in 2 sizes for correct hip to thigh ratio and colours of blue and purple.
